Refund Policy
In accordance with the Government Digital Policy 2021, all refunds will be processed within 10 working days. If your return or refund issue is not resolved within this period, we guarantee a 100% Money-Back.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy or unimpressed with your order, you can return it within 10 calendar days of receipt. However, to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- It must be returned in the same condition it was received, with the return shipping label attached. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and unsoiled, with their original tags.
Non-Returnable Items
While we aim to accommodate returns, certain items are not eligible:
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Products sold as combos or sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
- Seal-open branded electronic items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or non-functional from the start.
- Customized mattresses and furniture made specifically for you are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refund Processing
If your order was placed using Bedding Store BD Cashback Balance, Discount Coupon, or Voucher Balance, these will be refunded to your account within 10 days if you choose to cancel your order.
